This issue has been resolved.  We have two copiers that have unique issues that we are working on.  Anyone else experiencing continued copier issues, should put in a ticket.

Identified

We have determined that there is an issue when some copiers connect to the network.

Printing to Ricoh copiers may be affected.

We are working to resolve this issue.
